Details of your stock including product names, codes, descriptions, categories, sub-categories, quantities, re-order levels, cost prices, currencies, whole sale prices, export retail prices, profit margins, etc. can be tracked easily. The product details can also include product images. The application is able to maintain your customer database too. A supplier database lets you keep track of your suppliers and the purchases you make from them. Couple of nice features that adds flexibility to the system are the ability to create bundles and defining a transaction type. Bundle is a collection of items that is sold as a unit and has one price for the bundle.

You can define how sale of a bundle will affect the stock of individual items. The system has transaction types cash sales, purchase transactions, order transactions, proformas and credit notes etc. Beside you are able to define a transaction of your own and how the stock will be affected by a transaction.

At the close of business you can get a complete statement for VAT requirements. Similarly, you get various data when the current sale is made.
